Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Process:

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is processed.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at info@orcapickleball.com.
