Warranty Process

  • Limited 1 Year Warranty: Our pickleballs are covered against cracks that occur during normal gameplay.
  • Registration Required: To activate your warranty, you must register your pickleballs within 30 days of purchase. Registration can be completed online by following the guide below.
  • Original Owner: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the pickleballs and is non-transferable.

Terms & Conditions

  • Orca Pickleball will replace any pickleball that shows signs of cracking, ball for ball with the closest available model. This meaning that we will only replace the individual balls which are cracked and not the entire purchased set.

  • The warrantee will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement pickleballs.

What's Covered

  • Pickleball Cracking: This warranty covers any noticeable cracks affecting performance of the pickleball.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents.
  • Modifications or alterations: Any modifications or alterations made to the pickleball will void the warranty.
  • Loss or theft: The warranty does not cover loss or theft of the paddle.
  • Improper Use: Any damage from neglect, or improper use will not be covered under the warranty.
